My path into psychotherapy has been shaped by a long-standing fascination with the complexity of human experience.

How we carry our histories in the body, how the nervous system adapts to overwhelming states, and how identity is woven through language, culture, memory, and relationships.

About me

Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology – Université Côte d’Azur (France) |  Bachelor’s degree in Psychology – Université de Strasbourg (France) | EMDR Training (Levels 1 & 2) | Somatic Experiencing® (Intermediate Level)

Early in my training, I was deeply interested in the unconscious, language, and meaning. I initially studied within a psychoanalytic and semiotic framework, informed by philosophy, linguistics, sociology, and anthropology. These foundations shaped my understanding of the layers through which each person experiences  themselves – narrative, affect, memory, and interpretation.

Over time, I became increasingly drawn to trauma work, to the subtle ways the body expresses what words cannot yet articulate, and to the quiet possibilities that emerge when safety and attunement are restored.

Living and studying across several countries has deeply shaped my clinical identity. I work every day with people who navigate multiple languages, cultures, and forms of belonging.

Through this experience, I have come to see that psychotherapy is never purely verbal: it is a cultural, sensory, and relational encounter. These experiences guide my commitment to creating a space where the different dimensions of a person’s story can be welcomed – emotional, symbolic, cultural, and embodied.

As my clinical work evolved, I became increasingly drawn to approaches that integrate depth with the body’s implicit knowledge. My approach has gradually moved toward trauma-informed, somatic, and relational perspectives.

Integrating Somatic Experiencing®, EMDR, psychodynamic depth, and humanistic values allows me to honour both the body’s intelligence and the psyche’s symbolic richness.

My work is grounded in psychotherapy informed by science, yet open to the subtle, symbolic, and sensory dimensions of human experience. A space where the nervous system can gradually find more ease, where fragmented experiences can reconnect, and where each person can rediscover their own capacity for coherence, resilience, and meaning.

My therapeutic style is warm, steady, and attentive

I attune closely to pacing, safety, and the subtle shifts that shape the relational field. My aim is not to interpret from a distance or to direct the process, but to accompany you with presence, curiosity, and clinical precision.

I adhere to the Code de déontologie des psychologues in France and maintain a high standard of confidentiality, professional integrity, and respect for the boundaries and pace of each therapeutic process.
