Terms & Conditions
Purpose of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions set out how consultations are organised, including arrangements for booking, payment, cancellations, and communication.
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
Nature of Services
I am a clinical psychologist registered as a healthcare professional in France with the Agence Régionale de Santé (ARS) PACA under RPPS number 10010062254.
I provide psychological consultations and psychotherapy for individuals of all ages, as well as for couples and families. My work integrates trauma-informed, somatic, relational, and depth-oriented perspectives. Sessions may take place in person or online, depending on your location and preferences.
Therapy is a collaborative process that takes time and is not an immediate intervention. While it may bring relief and insight, no specific outcomes can be guaranteed. The pace, frequency, and direction of the work are adapted to your situation and your needs.
I do not provide psychiatric services or medical care. If you require immediate psychiatric or medical attention, please contact local emergency services.
Booking and Scheduling
Appointments can be booked:
• online, via the external platform Doctolib
• by phone
• by email
Booking an appointment implies a mutual commitment. Please refer to the cancellation policy below.
You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking an appointment.
Urgent consultations may be offered with less than 24 hours’ notice by contacting me directly. They provide short-notice support and do not replace emergency medical or psychiatric care.
Fees
Fees are listed on the Booking page.
Fees may be updated.
Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect sessions already scheduled.
Payment is due at the end of each in-person session and in advance for online sessions, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods are cash, cheque, and bank transfer.
Credit and debit cards are not accepted.
Reimbursement
Psychotherapy sessions are not reimbursed by the French Social Security system. Some private health insurance plans (mutuelles) may offer partial reimbursement. Invoices are available upon request.
Cancellation and Missed Sessions
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed sessions are charged in full.
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time and the full fee remains applicable.
Online Sessions
For online sessions, clients are responsible for ensuring a quiet, private space and a stable internet connection.
If a connection failure occurs within the first 15 minutes and cannot be restored despite reasonable efforts, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
If technical issues arise due to insufficient preparation (including lack of privacy, an unstable connection, or repeated interruptions), the session may be considered as held and charged accordingly.
Sessions must take place in a safe, private, and stationary environment that allows for full attention and confidentiality. They cannot take place while driving or operating a vehicle. If this occurs, the session may be interrupted and charged accordingly.
Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is confidential within the limits of the law.
Confidentiality may be lifted only in the following circumstances:
• risk of harm to yourself or others
• concerns regarding a minor or vulnerable adult
• a legal obligation to disclose information
Outside of sessions, email, messaging, or WhatsApp are used for administrative matters only. When agreed in advance, brief exchanges between sessions may also take place via WhatsApp.
These forms of communication are not intended for clinical work or urgent situations, and messages are not monitored continuously.
Data Protection
Personal information is stored securely and used only to provide psychological services.
For more information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
Ending Therapy
You may end therapy at any time. I recommend discussing this decision so the process can come to a thoughtful and contained close.
I may propose pausing or ending therapy when:
• it is no longer clinically indicated
• the work has reached a natural conclusionan
• other form of care may better meet your needs
• boundaries or agreements are repeatedly disrupted
Agreement
By booking and attending sessions, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and agree to the policies on scheduling, payment, confidentiality, and cancellations.
